Costs quoted on this site are kept as up to date as possible. Errors
and omissions excepted. All prices are in UK Pounds Sterling (£) and
are subject to carriage. Please confirm that you understand and accept
the prices quoted, before placing your order.
TERMS - Cash with order please. Cheques and bank drafts should be made payable to "R Keenes".
CREDIT CARDS - We offer Credit, Debit or Visa Card facilities, please phone for details.
PAYPAL- We accept payments by Paypal, but UK orders are subject to a 3.4% surcharge to cover Paypal fees, while overseas orders are subject to a 3.9% surcharge.
GUARANTEE - We will replace or refund the full price paid for any parts, provided that they are returned to us immediately. Unfortunately we cannot extend this to cover rubbers, materials, etc. which have been cut off rolls, unless we have provided the wrong goods to your order, or they are in some way faulty. If you are in doubt, request samples, before placing your order. We endeavour to comply to the Trade Descriptions Act by giving accurate descriptions of the goods offered for sale. If you feel that there are any misrepresentations, please advise us so that we may amend the description.
LIABILITY - We accept liability only for items which are proved faulty by reason of our negligence. Such liability is limited to the price paid for the item and does not include any consequential loss.
ORDERING - The use of original numbers does not indicate supply of original parts. We reserve the right to supply pattern/remanufactured parts as necessary. it is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure and check that parts supplied are suitable for the vehicle and use intended by them, and the supplier gives no warranty express or implied of suitability.
DELIVERY - We endeavour to supply all orders by return but, occasionally, some items will not be ex-stock and will be dispatched immediately new stock arrives. You will be informed of this at the time of ordering.
FAULTY OR DAMAGED ITEMS - We must be notified on receipt of goods. If the goods are sent by carrier, sign "damaged", if apparent. A claim submitted if goods are received and endorsed, "not checked", "unexamined" or different words of the same effect on the Delivery Note are not adequate in case of claim.
If you are returning an
item because of an error on our part or it is defective we will be
happy to refund the delivery charges incurred, otherwise you will be
responsible for those charges incurred in returning the item to us.
Order cancellations must be submitted to us in writing - email, or letter.
